The macros in this project are disabled: enabling macros

If Outlook 2010 throws a message The macros in this project are disabled. Please refer to online help or documentation of the host application to determine how to enable macros when attempting to run a macro, there are at least two ways of enabling macros:

1. Click on File — Options — Trust Center — Trust Center Settings — Macro Settings — Enable all macros
   Please be careful of the Macro that is being run. If unsure, please ask a knowledgeable friend who understands Macros
2. If you have Developer’s tab available, click on it — click Macro Security and click on Enable all macros

Then, close Outlook and wait for a few seconds for Outlook to close down completely. Open up Outlook and attempt to run the macro again
